Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 48hrs of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made gifts.
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
- Digital products, including e-gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at hello@unboxie.ai or through our website’s support portal at www.unboxie.ai.
- Provide Details: Have your order number and the reason for the return ready. If the item is defective or damaged, please include photos as evidence.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Also, ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Return Delivery
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Delivery Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Return Address: Returns should be sent to Unboxie, 2nd Floor, Turbo Energy, Sector Centre D, Plot 1121 Oladipo Diya Road, Abuja 900104, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria or the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return hours below after which you can process and place a new order for the desired item:

Gifts
- Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us. Refunds for returned gifts will be issued as store credit or as a refund to the original purchaser.
